In September of 2015 Methods Archaic was granted a 3 week residency at the Centquatre, in Paris, France. Using footage shot for Space ( First Perspective ) we worked with projection mapping onto the figurative sculptures. The result was a 16 minute installation piece which starts with Fibonacci's sequence and journeys through our own variation of the cosmos .

The Web of Azoth
The details of the web are past , present, and future And they are all at once Circling around in repetition endlessly and infinitely picking up influences and stories told in the making to be spilled out and told again after digesting all that has been lived and will be lived again in the endless story of the web there is no horizon line for the beginning or the end.
"Among the American Indians is the legend of a "spider man" whose web connected the heaven worlds with the earth . The secret schools of India symbolize certain of the gods who labored with the universe during its making as connecting the realms of light with those of darkness by means of webs. Therefore the builders of the cosmic system who held the embryonic universe together with threads of invisible force were sometimes referred to as the Spider Gods and their ruler was designated the Great Spider. "
"The pythagoreans believed that everything which existed had a voice and that all creatures were eternally singing the praise of the creator. Man fails to hear these divine melodies because his soul is enmeshed in the illusion of material existence. When he liberates himself from the bondage of the lower world with its sense limitations , the music of the spheres will again be audible as it was in the golden age. Harmony recognizes harmony , and when the human soul regains its true estate it will not only hear the celestial choir but also join with it in an everlasting anthem of praise to that eternal good controlling the infinite number of parts and conditions of being."

To be fearful of the new and the unknown.
"Whoever denies the existence of the unconscious is in fact assuming that our present knowledge of the psyche is total. And this belief is clearly just as false as the assumption that we know all there is to be known about the natural universe. Our psyche is part of nature and its enigma is as limitless. Thus, we cannot define either our psyche or nature we can merely state what we believe them to be and describe, as best we can, how they function.
Consciousness naturally resists anything unconscious and unkown."
-Carl G. Jung
Door of perception
"To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour."
Derived from the greek words - psyche "mind" and delose "manifest" . By Definition a psychedelic experience is characterized by the striking perception of aspects of one's mind previously unknown , or by the creative exuberance of the mind liberated from its ostensibly ordinary fetters. These processes can lead some people to experience changes in mental operation defining their self identity ( wether in momentary acuity or chronic development ) different enough from their previous normal state that it can excite feelings of newly formed understanding ranging from revelation and enlightenment to the opposing polarity of confusion and psychosis.
